SANCTUARY OF THE GRAIL

The new Sanctuary of the Grail is used for Annual Ordination Retreat and Ordinations. It is also used for Initiations, Advancements, Dubbings, and esoteric classes/trainings for T:.H:.G:. and Pansophic Freemasonry (Martinist, Rosicrucian, Elus Cohen, Fratres Lucis, Holy Order of Mans, Great Western Brotherhood, T:.H:.G:.). It serves as an alchemical oratory and micro-laboratory for development of healing herbal spagyrics, and a library for special archives. Currently it houses all the works of Synod Bishops Lewis Keizer and George Boyer, with memorial archives for deceased Bishops Torkom Saraydarian, Richard, Duc de Palatine, and the Tev. Eugene E. Whitworth.

Regular Gnostic Mass for Sanctuary of the Holy Grail will continue to be held on the first Sunday of each month, 11 A.M., at the Garden Sanctuary in Santa Cruz.

The Altar front is a wooden carving of the face of Mar Yeshua, the Master Jesus, taken from the image imprinted upon the Shroud of Turin. The artist is Luis Villarreal of Wooden Expressions (woodenexpressions@sbcglobal.net) in Santa Cruz. In deference to the classic signatures from the Mandylion that were used by artists in ancient and medieval paintings, he included the double forelock over the forehead and the markings above the eyebrows. He found himself so affected by the spiritual energy of the image that he donated a portion of his fee and insisted upon installing it onto the altar for us. Here is Luis after installing his carving, and a photo of details:

THE YURT
In its July, 2003, meeting t
he Board of Directors of the Home Temple approved plans to purchase a 24-foot Yurt that  would serve as our central Sanctuary and the Home Temple sacramental center in Aromas, California. Bishops Lewis and Willa Keizer donated backyard garden space and utilities on their home property for the yurt. Here are photographs of the Home Temple Center Yurt showing state of landscaping and an inside view for the Ordination Seminar in July-August of 2004:

The yurt was raised early in September or 2003. Here are some photos of Dr. Keizer, son Gavi, Willa, and David Edwards at work:
